No returns or exchanges on digital goods or fabric yardage. Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order.

Returns on physical goods, except fabric yardage, will be accepted for 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Please contact seller to begin the return process.
